Account info — Your name, email, and company name when you sign up.

Scripts & creative materials — What you upload for analysis. These are processed through our anti-contamination pipeline and not stored in raw form after analysis.

Usage data — How you interact with Kalezio (pages visited, features used). This helps us improve the product.

Payment info — Processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

To provide the analysis and predictions you request.

To improve our service and fix bugs.

To communicate with you about your account and our product.

We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).

Scripts go through our anti-contamination pipeline where they are obfuscated before any AI processing.

Access to your data is restricted to authorized team members who need it to support you.

Access — You can request a copy of all data we hold about you.

Correction — You can update or correct your information at any time.

Deletion — You can request we delete your account and all associated data.

Export — You can export your analysis reports and data.

Scripts & creative materials — Raw scripts are deleted immediately after analysis is complete. We do not retain your original content.

Analysis results — Your reports and predictions are retained for as long as your account is active, so you can access them anytime.

Account data — Your name, email, and preferences are kept while your account is active. After deletion, we remove all personal data within 30 days.

Usage & analytics — Anonymized usage data is retained for up to 12 months to improve the product. This data cannot be linked back to you.

Payment records — Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations.

Upload certificates — Provelio certificates are retained indefinitely as they serve as proof of prior creation. You may request deletion at any time.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Legal basis — We process your data based on (a) your consent when you create an account, (b) contractual necessity to provide our service, and (c) legitimate interest to improve our product.

Right to be forgotten — You can request complete deletion of all your data. We will comply within 30 days.

Data portability — You can request a machine-readable export of all your data at any time.

Restrict processing — You can request that we limit how we use your data while a complaint or correction is being processed.

Object to processing — You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. We will stop unless we have compelling legitimate grounds.
